What an amazing weekend! We are so grateful, on September 3, 2009 we received a call from our Social worker to let us know that we were going to be able to go to court on September 4, 2009 to finalize our adoption! So on September 4, 2009 we were able to go finalize our adoption! Then on September 5, 2009 we were able to take Emma to Mount Timpanogos Temple and have her sealed to our family for all time and eternity. I cannnot express in words what an amazing experience this was. Then on September 6, 2009 Matt blessed Emma at our Santaquin 13th ward. Emma we just want you to know we love you so much and we are so grateful you are part of our eternal family. Also we want our birth mom and her family to know how grateful we are for them and we love them so much! Also thank you to all our family and friends for their love and support. I used to love to give my girls the biter biscuits to eat--BUT they make a big mess. Oh well... Emma's weekend was perfect, so glad I was able to be there for it all. We love you Emma and our girls talk about you all the time. Can't wait to see you all next weekend!
